Is this the official Whiteout Survival?
No. V4 is an unofficial private server run by a community, with its own download and accounts. WarReaper is a player and YouTube channel, not the server owner, and neither is connected to Century Games.
Does it cost anything?
No. The game is free to download and the starter pack comes from gift codes. Top-ups are optional; the Frost Stars calculator shows what a free player earns.
Will it affect my official account?
No. It's a separate app with a separate account. You can keep both installed.
Which phones does it run on?
Supported devices can change between client versions. The current download and device list are posted in Discord.
Which State should I join?
Usually the newest one. A new State opens every 48 hours, and early ranks in the Arena are the cheapest they'll ever be.
A gift code doesn't work. What now?
Codes are case-sensitive and some are one-time per account. If it still fails, check Discord. Codes change, and this page shows when they were last checked.
How do I get help with a problem?
Ask in Discord with your player ID and a screenshot. Never share your password with anyone, including WarReaper.
